The series of photos presented here are representative of me as a person. Not only do these photos mean something to me, but they were also taken by myself. This helps to show my individualism in levels deeper than just the portrait itself. The first layer is of course the self portrait. However the second layer is a painting that I captured in excellent lighting. The painting helps describe the aesthetic in which I live my life. The third layer is a photo I took of my friends and the environment surrounding us. The ground looked like an environment of its own. The fourth layer is another painting. This one I not only captured but also edited to fit onto my portrait in an interesting way. The fifth and final layer is a photo I took of my chain and money that I felt looked interesting and diplomatic. These layers form the portrait that helps describe who I am as a human, and an artist.

In this double exposure photo I chose to highlight my love for nature. I spend much of my time sportsing in the outdoors. Throughout my life I have lived in trees for days at a time. Metaphorically, I am the outdoors. Grass is my floor and the canopy my roof. Without trees and plants we are nothing. |
